race engineer for Zakspeed, West Germany , involved in
the design of the 841 Zakspeed F1 car driven by Jonathan Palmer.

Detail design
of the Ford Probe GTP sports prototype car for Zakspeed
U.S.A. This was the first all carbon fibre composite monocoque sports
car. Moved to Detroit , U.S.A. as chief engineer to oversee building
and running of the car in IMSA - GTP Championship. Race win at Laguna
Seca.

Returned to
Zakspeed, Germany for design and race engineering of
the 871 Zakspeed F1 car, driven by Martin Brundle and Christian
Danner, in the 1987 World Formula 1 Championship.

90
Appointed
by Eric Broadley as design and race engineer for the
Lola Ford F1 project. Subsequently promoted to F1 project leader
and chief designer. Responsible for the design, manufacture and engineering of the LC89, Lola
Lamborghini V12 GP car, followed by the evolutionary LC90 Lamborghini
V12 GP car, driven primarily by Philippe Alliot. Podium place achieved
by Aguri Suzuki in Japan GP 1990.

position of design director for Leyton House Racing.
Responsible for the design and manufacture of the CG911, all new
Ilmor V10 engined Grand prix car, driven by Ivan Capelli and Mauricio
Gugelmin.

designer, subsequently promoted to design director / chief engineer.
Responsible for the design, manufacture and engineering of the Lotus T102C-Ford

ZA5C, T109B-Mugen Honda ZA5D V10, and the unbuilt 1995 specification
T112-Mugen Honda ZA5E V10 Grand Prix cars, driven by Mikka Hakkinen,
